Responsibilities

Support the Principal CRM Strategist in developing and implementing CRM strategies for our clients
Assist in the creation of strategic plans and ensure their seamless handover to the execution team
Helping to achieve clients' KPIs and generate measurable ROI
Provide actionable initiatives that the execution team and CRM Consultants can deliver
Supporting the tracking and reporting of business objectives
Work closely with the Principal CRM Strategist to simplify complex frameworks into clear narratives
Translate recommendations into actionable plans
Participate in client sessions during the Delivery Sales Lifecycle
Helping to identify core challenges and contribute to data-driven marketing strategies
Aid in creating pitches that effectively tell a story using strategy, data, and insights
Conduct strategy sessions based on lifecycle stages, best practices, and key principles to drive client success

Required

Minimum 6+ years of CRM experience, with 2 years in a CRM Strategy position in an agency, consultancy or a client-side
Strong skills in working with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot
Experience presenting complex strategies, translating goals and insights into value propositions and connecting your strategy to achievable and coherent activation plans
Experience using data to evaluate effectiveness of customer communications and in using these results to plan future campaigns, regarding audience, next best actions, content and timing frequencies
In-depth knowledge of CRM and technologies, with expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot..etc
English at C1 level

Preferred
