Responsibilities
Platform Growth & Content Management
Execute the company's web strategy, ensuring content meets platform quality standards and posting frequency (minimum once every 48 hours, maximum once every 24 hours)
Community Engagement & Outreach
Build a strong presence in groups by joining hundreds of relevant communities and engaging at least three times per week in each.Post a minimum of 5 meaningful, value‑driven comments per day on posts from major industry accounts
Supporter & Algorithm Maintenance
Manage supporter engagement cycles to maximise reach while protecting algorithm strength
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, and referral traffic
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of professional networking, industry positioning, and thought leadership content
Skilled in short‑form video strategy and visual content optimisation
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 is a strong plus
