Technical Success Manager – Powering Growth for Leading Brands
Inflektion is a company focused on powering growth for leading brands through its AI-powered Partnership Growth Platform. The Technical Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring clients' technical setups and integrations are flawless, facilitating smooth onboarding, and acting as the primary technical liaison to solve client challenges and enhance their experience.

Responsibilities
Own and execute all technical platform configuration changes and setup for clients, including Everflow configuration (commissions, attribution, custom rules) and Shopify integration
Manage client onboarding after contracting through go-live, ensuring smooth integrations, accurate tracking, and clear communication throughout
Lead technical discovery during sales handoff, translating business requirements into system configurations
Project manage technical client requests and support tickets, driving them to resolution with speed, clarity, and attention to detail
Troubleshoot tracking, integration, and reporting issues, methodically using DevTools, Postman, and API testing tools; escalate to the dev team when required
Execute business-driven updates (commission changes, feature rollouts, configuration tweaks) quickly and accurately
Build and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation for recurring technical workflows
Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, explaining solutions in clear, client-friendly language
Collaborate with the development team to scope, document, and deliver client-specific needs
Contribute to product and process improvements by sharing recurring technical pain points and automation opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven track record managing and configuring Everflow, which we use for tracking and attribution
Strong knowledge of integrations (especially Shopify), including configuring pixels, postbacks, and custom events
Background in project management and client-facing roles where communication and organization were critical
Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflows and documentation
Skilled at troubleshooting technical issues methodically under time pressure, using tools like Chrome DevTools
