Responsibilities

Develop and execute paid media strategies, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance, managing retargeting programs, and ensuring alignment with the buyer journey
Manage paid digital programs across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Demandbase, and G2, focusing on spend efficiency, performance, and measurable ROI
Execute and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical and on-page optimization (metadata, content, site tags), using tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4 to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
Monitor advertising spend versus budget and collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and overall channel efficiency
Partner with Marketing Operations to build, launch, and measure campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity
Analyze campaign data to measure performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide regular reporting on pipeline impact, conversion rates, and ROI
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across digital and offline channels
Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to align campaign strategy, messaging, and offers to buyer personas, industry verticals, and funnel stages
Stay informed on digital marketing advancements, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation, and recommend strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability

Required

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation and digital campaign management, preferably in SaaS
Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Demandbase, G2, Reddit), marketing automation (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and webinar platforms (Zoom)
Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other analytics tools to evaluate performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Technical SEO expertise using tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush to optimize content and adapt to evolving search trends
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
