Responsibilities

Kick off the IBS Teller project and share relevant documents
Build their test and production bank
Conduct the client DEMO for the bank staff on teller controls and overall functionality of Teller and Bank controls
Help setting up their printers/hardware related to teller applications
Build checks and receipts in the bank environment
Configure system per banks requirements
Regular update to all stakeholders, performing testing and assist client in UAT testing
Participate and Drive the GoLive activities, postproduction support and handover
Good Presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Required

8 to 15 Years of experience
Strong sense of ownership and drive
Good Presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English
Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation
Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team

Preferred

Knowledge of FIS' products and services
Knowledge of banking or financial services industry
