Office/Billing Manager
SERVPRO of Palo Alto is hiring an Office Manager! The Office Manager will be responsible for managing, training, and motivating the office team, overseeing all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and compliance
Manage the training and development plans for office team
Oversee performance management for office team
Deliver financial reporting as needed
Verify and analyze franchise performance reports
Assist with office staffing and compensation plan as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
At least 3 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
At least 3 years in Xactimate billing for Mitigation related jobs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
Preferred
Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
