Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services, enabling tech companies to embed global connectivity into their products. The Program Manager for Telecom Integrations will be responsible for delivering network implementations, managing complex projects, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of API integrations with telecom partners.

Responsibilities

Deliver network implementations. You will act as an owner, treating each API integration as a unique proposition and carefully scoping and delivering the perfect implementation for each MNO

Key technical contact. You’ll work with the networks engineering and product teams as we integrate and they continue to develop for Gigs, and advise them on the best product development path

Project management. You have experience with and are a super user of Linear, Smartsheets, Asana or another type of project management tool. You will own a portfolio of complex, critical implementation projects, and will shape roadmaps, define key milestones, and track progress to ensure successful execution ahead of the deadline. You are experienced in clear communication to internal and external stakeholders

Product Management. We’re integrating some of the world’s largest telecoms into the Gigs’ operating system. Work with our Engineering and Product teams to design what feature sets we can roll out for each new market and work with our carrier partners to build new features for our customers

Cross-functional coordination. You will ensure alignment across Growth, Connectivity, Product, and Engineering teams, driving them toward a shared vision. By setting clear goals and building cross-functional roadmaps, you will keep all stakeholders focused, coordinated, and executing efficiently
