Responsibilities

Maintain and manage Federated Desktop Services to ensure optimal functionality

Provide support and troubleshooting for end users utilizing the Federated Desktop system

Deliver daily IT support to the directorate, ensuring all systems, software, and hardware operate smoothly and assist with onboarding new team members by setting up IT equipment, accounts, and access

Act as the primary interface with the Communications Directorate for procuring, managing, and deploying IT equipment along with commutation with MS&O team for facility-related needs and coordination

Handle Tier 1 IT issues across the directorate, providing initial triage and resolution

Support the integration of IT equipment and infrastructure in facility planning and operations
