Member Relations Director
The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is a company dedicated to transforming the hospitality industry with a focus on people. They are seeking a Member Relations Director to lead the launch and ongoing success of their new flagship members club, St. Albans, by building relationships and driving membership engagement.

Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive membership recruitment strategy, targeting both individual and corporate segments to ensure a successful launch
Build the Pipeline: Build and actively manage a robust pipeline of prospective members through proactive outbound outreach, strategic referrals, targeted events, and high-value brand partnerships
Be the Face: Serve as the public-facing representative of St. Albans in the Atlanta market and beyond, actively networking, attending events, and cultivating relationships with prospective members and strategic partners
Lead the Journey: Act as the lead point of contact for prospective members, guiding them through the entire journey: application, onboarding, and personalized orientation process. This includes supporting special initiatives like Founding Equity Member outreach
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns, develop compelling digital content, collateral, and messaging for member acquisition
Drive Momentum: Organize and host private previews, high-touch member interest events, and small-group gatherings to drive enrollment and build critical pre-launch buzz
Concierge Experience: Develop and execute a concierge-level experience throughout the entire member journey—from the very first touch to successful onboarding, continuous engagement, and renewal
Pre-Opening Community: Oversee the creation and execution of a pre-opening member engagement calendar to build community, camaraderie, and momentum well ahead of the official club launch
Digital Hub: Develop, build, and run the member portal (e.g., Peoplevine or PaceSetter) to support seamless digital engagement, event RSVPs, and essential member communications
System Management: Partner with the technology team to manage the membership CRM system and portal infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and efficient operation
Programming Integration: Collaborate with the travel and programming teams to effectively promote exclusive trips, events, and curated brand activations to the membership base
Refine & Report: Track and report key metrics across member interest, conversion, retention, and satisfaction. Work closely with club leadership to continuously refine membership tiers, benefits, and offerings as the club matures
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in membership, private club, high-end hospitality, luxury sales, or luxury brand environments
A proven track record of successfully building and managing high-value, long-term relationships
A deep understanding of or personal connection to the outdoor sporting lifestyle (e.g., hunting, fishing, conservation, etc.)
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setting with evolving priorities
A high level of autonomy and the confidence to take ownership of results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the polish and professionalism required to represent a flagship luxury brand
The motivation to navigate a pre-opening environment and a relentless drive to meet ambitious acquisition goals
