HBK Fibersensing, a division of Spectris plc, is a leading player in the test and measurement area. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their Finance team, responsible for various tasks within Accounts Payable, including posting vendor invoices and managing vendor accounts.

Responsibilities

Posting of outcoming payments

Make payments

Maintain vendors master data

Booking vendors invoices and keep clean as much as possible the vendor accounts

Doing monthly reconciliation

Doing credit cards reconciliation

Manage travel expenses on Certify (travel expenses tool)

Support the financial controller for auditors

Doing Intrastat declaration

Qualification

Required

You have an Accounting or Finance Bachelor degree and several years of professional experience with the mentioned tasks

You have excellent communication skills in English, French and Spanish

You have experience with SAP4Hanna and/or SAP

Ability to work in under pressure and with tight deadlines

Natural ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders with ease
