Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Quandri’s business goals
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and execution
Collaborate with engineering, design and Go-To-Market teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform product decisions
Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to understand their needs and pain points, and translate these insights into actionable product features
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market trends
Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring a customer-first mindset in all product decisions

Qualification

Required

6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS products
Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, iterating on and maintaining products in high-growth, venture-backed companies
Experience building AI-powered products, with understanding of LLM workflows, prompt design, evaluation metrics, and data privacy risks
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared product outcomes
Ability to make product decisions with clear business tradeoffs in mind, and evaluate impact on revenue, retention, and operational efficiency
Strong product discovery skills, with experience running experiments, validating assumptions, and iterating based on insight

Preferred

Experience in the insurance industry or with insurance technology products
