Account Executive - Europe
Alpaca is a US-headquartered self-clearing broker-dealer and brokerage infrastructure company seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their sales team. This role focuses on building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities in Latin America, while managing the sales cycle for their Broker API product line.

Responsibilities
Work with amazing team members who have built a clearing firm from the ground up with its own proprietary technology
Identify and create new business opportunities in Latin America supported by the industry’s latest technology stack
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, working closely with product, operations, and partner enablement teams
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities as well as contribute to the product roadmap
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales at broker-dealers OR strong experience selling technology solutions to advisors or broker-dealers
Strong relationships within the financial services/fintech space in Europe
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred
Proficiency with HubSpot or other comparable CRM software
