They are seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead corporate and affinity growth strategies, leveraging a strong network to establish high-value partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the corporate and affinity go-to-market strategy to embed OneDome into workplace ecosystems and employee benefits platforms
Use your network of contacts and commercial acumen to identify, pitch, and close high-value partnerships with large employers, membership groups, and wellbeing providers
Work with internal stakeholders to design and deliver activation campaigns that generate employee take-up and measurable revenue growth
Be a voice of the partner—help us shape our proposition, pricing, and onboarding experience to maximise partner and user engagement
Own partnership targets and demonstrate commercial impact through regular reporting, insights, and growth milestones

Required

A strong book of relevant contacts—HR decision-makers, wellbeing & benefits leaders, heads of reward, or affinity group directors
Proven experience in selling workplace, SaaS, or financial wellbeing solutions into mid-large corporates
A hunter mindset with the ability to open doors, pitch to senior stakeholders, and close multi-channel commercial partnerships
The ability to blend sales, strategy, and relationship development into long-term commercial success
Strong commercial awareness and experience working in start-up or scale-up environments
