Solve Intelligence is a fast-growing startup building AI products to transform how IP professionals work. They are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Growth Engineer to lead product growth efforts, focusing on metrics analysis, user engagement, and pipeline optimization.

Responsibilities

Build dashboards (Posthog, Grafana, Datadog, etc.) to analyze usage behaviour and patterns
Develop workflows to flag unengaged users and experiment with strategies to drive more engagement
Work with us to define the key metrics we should be optimizing for
Help us run experiments to build top-of-funnel (track the performance of our paid ads, conferences, events, etc.) and help come up with novel ways to build top-of-funnel pipeline
Help us optimize each step in our pipeline pre- and post-sale

Qualification

Full-stack engineeringProduct analytics toolsProduct senseGrowth experienceBusiness acumen

Required

Strong full-stack engineering skills (you can either be backend leaning, frontend leaning, or half-half)
Strong product sense
Interest in growth and the business side of things

Preferred

Experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Posthog, Datadog, Grafana, etc.)
Experience with launching or growing products
