Required

7 or more years of trusts and estates experience

Experience in complex drafting, research, tax analysis, project management, client interaction, gift and estate tax return preparation, and counsel regarding choice of entity (LLC, partnership, S-corp., etc.)

Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments

Strong ability and desire to manage projects and interface with clients

A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school

Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio (or be eligible to waive into Ohio)

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
