The Co-Founder & CEO will lead the company's growth, architect the go-to-market strategy, and build relationships within the tech and HR communities to position HireVector as a leading solution in technical hiring.

Responsibilities
Be the Soul of the Product: Infuse your firsthand knowledge of the pains and complexities of talent acquisition into our product strategy, ensuring we build something people genuinely need
Architect our Go-to-Market: Design and execute the strategy that gets HireVector into the hands of our first 10, then 100, then 1,000 customers
Evangelize the Vision: Build relationships with leaders in the tech and HR communities, positioning HireVector as the definitive solution for hiring intelligence
Build the Business: Shape our company culture, define our commercial model, and build the non-technical side of the organization from the ground up
Co-lead Fundraising: Partner with me to craft a compelling narrative and secure the capital needed to fuel our growth
Qualification
Required
You have significant experience as an in-house Head of Talent, VP of People, or a similar leadership role within a fast-growing tech or product company
You've built hiring functions, implemented processes, and understand the intricate dance between hiring managers, candidates, and leadership
You care deeply about candidate experience and believe fairness and efficiency are not mutually exclusive
You thrive in ambiguity and are driven by the desire to build something meaningful from zero
You are ready to move from managing a process to creating an industry-defining product
Preferred
You may have started your career at a top recruiting agency where you mastered sales and networking, before moving in-house to gain deep, strategic operational experience
Benefits
A significant co-founder equity stake, reflecting your foundational role in the company (subject to a standard 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff).
A founder-level salary to be established upon securing our first round of funding, which we will achieve together.
