Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base through distribution channels
Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration
Must Possess a strong understanding of the sales process and be able to navigate a complex organization to identify and sell to key stakeholders
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and report on key metrics to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a Distribution Sales Manager or similar role in [industry or related industry]
Strong leadership and managerial skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Solid understanding of distribution channels, market dynamics, and customer needs in [industry]
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
Ability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time
