Responsibilities
Source and acquire new multinational clients
Source and win business development opportunities
Lead existing multinational corporate and carrier clients relationships
Increase and maximize the acquisition of new clients
Increase and diversify existing revenue with existing strategic multinational clients
Contribute to the success and development across all business streams
Implement a consultative sales approach
Develop and materialize new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience in a Business Development capacity and/or a relationship management function with a proven international reach
Experience working within the insurance market, ideally across the UK and Europe
Confidence working with carriers, brokers and corporates
Ability to pitch and present to c-suite
Confidence in thinking on your feet and capturing an audience
Comfortable writing and communicating RFPs
Strong business acumen
Ability to upsell and cross sell
Ability to negotiate complex contracts and requirements
