Responsibilities

Define and implement a clear strategy in own territory for commercial success but also strategic development over the long run across our portfolio, and ensure it is well understood and communicated across the team and the organization
Manages, coaches and motivates a team of territory/account managers and field clinical specialists to ensure achievement of sales targets and clinical outcomes within assigned territories utilizing in-depth understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
Promotes and sells product portfolio and solutions directly to current and new customers while building and utilizing the relationships with customers in assigned area/s
Supports sales activities of territory/account managers in complex selling situations while executing short-term plans for the assigned area/s
Ensure own and team's alignment with EW values as well as TMTT culture

Required

Bachelor's Degree in related field
8 years years' experience of progressive sales experience and profound medical devices industry experience Required
Previous sales management experience
Ability to travel up to 50% depending on territory needs
Fluent in both French & professional English

Preferred

Knowledge of IC network is a significant advantage
Expertise of the assigned product portfolio, how it addresses customer needs and how it compares to competitor offerings
Strong communication skills towards the team and own management, to explain vision and actions
Understand BU direction, target and the competitive landscape of assigned area/s
Applies sales experience to sales target achievement, with long-term vision
Attention to detail and ability to execute strategies efficiently
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
Builds and utilizes the relationships with customers in assigned area/s
Seen as resource to customers organization based on ability to develop innovative, mutually beneficial partnerships and solutions
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
