Identify growth opportunities for the accounts
Develop lasting relationships with key stakeholders within the accounts
Collaborate with a fantastic and exciting creative center
Develop growth strategies for each account and the fragrance unit as a whole
Stay on top of industry trends
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in Fragrances working for a F&F house
Worked with the personal care category
Proven ability to drive sales within accounts
Strong experience collaborating effectively with perfumers, evaluators
Strategic, entrepreneurial & positive personality
Preferred
a background that includes marketing is of interest
