Responsibilities

Participer à des missions variées (corporate finance, TS)
Analyser les performances historiques et futures d’une cible et identifier les zones de risques associées
Maîtriser la qualité de l’information financière pour identifier les zones de risques
Être exposé(e) à des environnements internationaux et stimulants, et participer à des deals transfrontaliers
Challenger les éléments de valorisation
Collaborer avec une grande variété d’interlocuteurs : directeurs financiers, fonds d’investissement, avocats, banquiers d’affaires, consultants en stratégie, fiscalistes, etc
