They are seeking a Product Manager for Web3 Growth to oversee the development and launch of the Web3 Wallet product, manage user acquisition campaigns, and enhance user experience through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
Strategic planning, development, and launch of the Web3 Wallet product while ensuring alignment with Binance's overall business strategy
Build and manage full-funnel campaigns focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention
Familiar with growth facing featurs (TGE, airdrops and campaign tools...ec)
Monitor, analyze, and respond to user feedback and data; utilize this information to drive decisions about future product direction
Stay informed about the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets industry and understand the competitive landscape of Web3 Wallet applications
Define, track, and improve key product metrics to enhance user experience
Lead and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching new features
Qualification
Required
Require candidate to have experience for growth product or deep understanding of web3 airdrop ecosystem, know majority of users need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the blockchain, fintech, or tech industry
Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 Wallet design, and digital asset market trends
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment
