Law Practice

Responsibilities

Advise on employee benefits matters, including qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation

Lead due diligence and transition matters for employee benefits in mergers and acquisitions

Assist clients with legal compliance issued under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, the Affordable Care Act, and other federal and state laws and regulations

Draft and negotiate benefits-related agreements and documents, including plan documents, service provider agreements, employee communications, and other materials

Collaborate with legal, human resources and finance teams on benefits administration, as well as fiduciary and legal compliance issues
