Responsibilities
Leads and develops a team responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to enhance assigned vendors’ eCommerce presence and drive traffic and sales
Identifies high-impact growth opportunities and monitors project deliverables to ensure timely execution
Reviews performance reports regularly and communicates key wins and improvement opportunities to stakeholders
Leads presentations on program success and strategic initiatives to internal and external audiences
Manages cross-functional partnerships by streamlining processes, aligning resources, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to improve customer experience
Drives process improvements and builds program awareness to support vendor retention year over year
Coordinates and supports vendor program onboarding to ensure smooth and compliant setups
Qualification
Required
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field
May require certification
Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in e-commerce, brand marketing, or merchandising
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams, with a strong track record of identifying and developing top talent
