Responsibilities
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue goals through consultative, solution-based selling
Build and maintain strategic partnerships that drive long-term business growth and customer loyalty
Identify and connect with key decision-makers across cities, counties, and law enforcement agencies
Develop tailored outreach strategies to expand Turing’s footprint within public sector organizations
Leverage existing networks and conduct targeted outreach to uncover high-potential opportunities
Secure executive-level meetings by articulating business value and aligning with customer priorities
Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and sales managers to coordinate resources and strategy
Drive deals forward through joint planning sessions, opportunity reviews, and pipeline management
Maintain an accurate and organized Salesforce pipeline with detailed forecasting and follow-up actions
Monitor opportunity progress, ensuring timely updates and strong data integrity across all accounts
Deliver engaging presentations that clearly communicate product value and business impact
Support product demonstrations alongside technical teams to showcase real-world capabilities
Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders ranging from frontline managers to CIOs and chiefs of police
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and providing relevant, scalable solutions
Gather insights from the field to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
Provide actionable feedback to influence product positioning, sales strategy, and go-to-market execution
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle sales or business development experience, preferably in public safety, government, or enterprise security
Demonstrated success generating $300K+ in quarterly revenue
Exceptional prospecting and networking abilities, with proven experience engaging senior decision-makers in municipalities and agencies
Skilled at collaborating with internal teams and external partners (channel reps, distributors, sales managers) to close complex deals
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technology solutions
Proficient in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
Highly motivated, adaptable self-starter with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
