Bloomlogic is building a digital operating system and marketplace for the U.S. ornamental plant nursery industry. The Founding Engineer will lead the development of the platform, ensuring it is robust and scalable while collaborating with the horticulture industry to solve real-world problems and drive the product roadmap.

Lead the development of the Bloomlogic platform, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and intuitive

Collaborate with the horticulture industry to solve real-world problems at the intersection of software and agriculture

Engineer and deploy high-quality, production-ready software in rapid iterations, maintaining tight feedback loops with end users

Develop intelligent features that provide insights from operational data, such as forecasting and analytics

Build a unified platform for nursery operations, enabling real-time visibility and purchasing in a B2B marketplace

Establish the DNA of a world-class engineering culture and technical excellence

Partner with leadership to drive the product roadmap and technical vision
