Personal Recruiter (part-time and full-time positions available)

The Personal Recruiter role involves providing ongoing support to clients through every stage of the job search process, including resume development, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.

Responsibilities
Provide personalized, hands-on support to each client you choose to work with
Design and execute career strategies that are tailored to each client’s goals
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and/or video chat to set clear expectations and next steps
Develop and refine resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn, and other job board profiles
Source and track job opportunities with application trackers and shared resources
Assist with targeted applications and coaching clients on effective follow-up
Prepare clients for networking opportunities and interviews
Offer guidance during offer reviews and negotiations
Check-in with clients weekly to maintain engagement and momentum
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in areas of written/verbal communication, time management, and computer literacy
1+ years of experience in personal recruiting or 3+ years in a related field (e.g. recruiting, HR, career coaching, resume writing, etc.)
Knowledge of ATS, the U.S. job market, and current career best practices
Experience working remotely with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and accountability
Preferred
Career related certifications (e.g., NRWA, CDI, CPRW, CRS, etc.)
