Responsibilities

Identify and research government RFQ opportunities that align with the company's products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with key government agencies and procurement officers
Prepare and submit detailed and competitive RFQ responses in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with RFQ requirements
Track and manage the RFQ process from initial identification to contract award
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with government agencies
Meet or exceed sales targets and commission goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and government procurement regulations

Required

Proven experience in government sales, RFQ processes, or a related field

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
