Instruction of digital/new media studio courses for B.A. and B.F.A. art majors and non-majors

Developing digital/new media curricula in collaboration with the Art Department and multimedia entrepreneurship program

Maintaining an active record of creative scholarship/professional work

Advising undergraduates

Service to the University community

Required

MFA in digital/new media, video, interactive media, multimedia, graphic design, or related field

Interacting with students, faculty, and leadership with different backgrounds and points of view is essential

Competencies in the formal elements of design are evident in their own practice and that of their students' work

A deep appreciation of the liberal arts

A commitment to teaching and mentoring undergraduate students must be a top value of the candidate
