InternSouthland Holdings is seeking motivated and driven students to join their Summer Internship Program as Field Engineering Interns. This program provides hands-on experience in heavy civil construction, offering exposure to field operations, project engineering, and construction management.

Responsibilities
Supporting daily field operations and project documentation
Assisting with quantity tracking, material management, and progress reporting
Reviewing plans, drawings, and specifications
Participating in project meetings and safety initiatives
Collaborating with engineers, superintendents, and project managers to learn how complex infrastructure projects are built
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
