Maintaining our standards of care, communication, cleanliness, and consistency while delivering a high level of service
Following a detailed checklist to complete shifts with care and attention to detail
Reporting to our operations team with clear and consistent communication
General cleaning, tidying, and upkeep of the club alongside basic maintenance of coffee equipment
Monitoring member activity during your shift, addressing members as needed and reporting back to our operations team
Qualification
