Responsibilities
Independently building, configuring and launching our web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage
Professionally managing our clients, and other senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications to enhance the client experience adding value across the entire project lifecycle
Coordinate closely with vendors, internal departments, and the customer to ensure seamless execution on live event day
Badge printing
IPad sign-in
Lead scanning
Managing onsite AV and equipment
Driving audience engagement
Thoroughly reviewing apps to guarantee flawless delivery
Ensure speakers are fully briefed and prepared
Oversee event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
Handle post-event communications
Analyze event data
Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to the customer, highlighting successes and identifying areas for future improvement
Qualification
Required
End-to-end event ownership: You've led corporate internal and external B2B events from start to finish - webinars, conferences, trade shows, product launches, and more
Cross-functional coordination with operational clarity: You work smoothly across agencies, AV partners, venues, and internal teams
Technical dexterity in event platforms: You can independently build and configure event platforms like Backstage
Flawless execution under pressure: When events shift or things go off-plan, you move fast and stay composed
Ruthless time and risk management: you manage multiple events without missing a beat

Experience in life sciences helps you understand roles, priorities, and expectations faster
