Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with high-value clients while maintaining and expanding existing relationships
Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business goals
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution
Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting
Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to position our offerings effectively
Present proposals and negotiate contracts with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Demonstrated critical thinking skills; ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions
Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing large accounts
Advanced Presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
5 + years in a sales driven organization
Aesthetics experience required
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Frequent travel
Lifting to 50 pounds

Preferred

MBA or advanced certification a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce a plus
