Responsibilities

Lead contract reviews and negotiations in coordination with Legal and corporate functions

Develop pricing and contractual terms for bids that drive sustainable growth

Own escalated approvals and governance processes

Build business cases for new markets, technologies, and M&A opportunities

Support commercialisation of new services and digital products

Act as an independent bid and project reviewer

Resolve disputes and claims (project, insurance, etc.)

Deliver key elements of the Risk & Commercial roadmap

Design and deliver commercial training programs

Influence decision-makers and mentor junior team members
