Associate Director – Consumer Marketing, IBU alliances

The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing Strategist will enable best-in-class launches and consumer experiences through a Consumer-First Go to Market strategy, building marketing capabilities for alliance partners and providing guidance for integrated consumer marketing plans.

Responsibilities
Represent needs of IBU alliance markets and requests from D&P alliance partners request on these newer capabilities of consumer marketing and B2B play with Global/IBU central teams
Partner with Lilly global marketing and IBU central teams to understand global DSE campaigns and WGLL for successful execution of these campaigns. Enable our D&P partners with these WGLL and best practices and cascade these learning
Establish frameworks, structure, processes, and governance for working with Alliance partners. Put together governance process to monitor success of various DSE campaigns of our prioritized D&P partners – coach them on area of opportunity and provide guidance on their requests to ensure best-in-class launch of these DSE campaigns
Build capabilities of our D&P partner to elevate integrated consumer-first marketing and PESO strategies
Share best practices across Alliance partners and geographies
Operate in an agile team concept to execute responsibilities across therapy areas
Qualification
Required
Relevant education and experience in consumer marketing
Proven track record in designing and executing consumer marketing strategies
Ability to work in an agile team environment and adapt to shifting business priorities
Relevant bachelor's Degree
Minimum five years of consumer marketing and analytics experience
Experience in leading different patient activation/consumer projects
Equivalent marketing/industry experience
Preferred
Previous experience leading or significantly participating in digital campaign development and media plan strategy and execution
Ability to be data-driven and think strategically and creatively
Strong communication skills and listening skills
Market research experience
Generate consumer insights from data analytics and market research
Ability to use internal and external analysis to identify key areas of near and long-term opportunity for the brand
Demonstrate cross-functional leadership, influence without authority and collaboration
MBA is a plus
