The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for generating awareness of AMR’s Direct Dial Program and driving emergency call volume for ground transport services.

Responsibilities

The Business Operations Coordinator will generate leads for new business through actions such as: cold calling, utilizing customer referrals, community involvement, collaborating with AMR leadership on marketing and recruitment programs, and participating in community networking events to draw in prospects
Completing the initial stages of the sales cycle including introduction and discovery, establishing customer needs analysis and local operational capabilities, and ongoing follow up and management
The Business Operations Coordinator will build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets
Establishing a repetitive call cycle for new and long-term customers
Assist as a crew member or third member with other AMR crews

Qualification

State EMT certificationCPR/BLS certificationB2C solutions salesB2B solutions salesEmergency medical transport knowledge

Required

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
State Driver's License
State EMT certification
CPR/BLS certification
Driving record in compliance with company policy

Preferred

1 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience
Emergency medical transport industry knowledge
