Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Run a ~2-week motion where you exclusively speak to operators and professionals in a shortlist of potential next verticals to get signal on the size and quality of the next opportunity
Push ruthlessly towards a first transaction with the goal of getting a read on (a) pull from the market (how bad does their problem burn?) and (b) "smoothness" (how quickly do we think we could scale the business with our current infrastructure?)
Build repeatable growth motions on both sides of the marketplace
Lean on our centralized services and scale aggressively to hundreds of transactions per month while building conviction that the end state of the business is financially lucrative (even if the path to get there is costly)
Fire yourself from the vertical and repeat 1-3 on a net new opportunity
Launch new geos
Build and execute on a portfolio of investments to make the customer experience unreasonably good
Scale our demand and supply generation systems
Defect-hunt our own execution in every corner of the business
