Responsibilities
Preparing petitions and applications for various immigration cases, including employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian-based immigration
Responding to requests for evidence (RFE), notices of intent to deny (NOID), notices of intent to revoke (NOIR), audits, motions, and appeals
Managing client relationships by communicating with clients, updating case statuses in our systems, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures
Attending meetings and trainings, and sharing the firm's values in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any major
At least 5 years of experience in employment-based, family-based, or humanitarian-based immigration
Ability to manage 100+ case files
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
Passion for immigration work
Strong communication skills
Strong legal research and writing skills
Desire to advance and grow professionally
Full-time availability
Decent typing speed (60+ WPM)
Preferred
Proficiency in using case management software, such as INSZOOM, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, highly desired
Second language preferred but not required
