Sales Executive - Public Safety
MD Ally is a 9-1-1 Telehealth solution that enables greater connectivity between public health & safety and the broader healthcare ecosystem. The Sales Executive will own the sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals while partnering with Customer Success to onboard new clients.

Responsibilities
Engage with 911 and EMS leaders to understand their organizations needs and motivations, and effectively communicate how MD Ally will meet those needs and add value
Conduct market and competitive research to develop sales strategies tailored to the prospective EMS agency. You will research prospects' goals, strategic focuses, current projects, budgets, partnership requirements, etc. to develop a successful proposal narrative independently
Diligently prospecting for new business, building and managing our pipeline, and developing relationships from cold outreach to full customers
Manage the sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, and other deliverables for closing deals while consistently overachieving aggressive sales goals
Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers and industry partners through consistent engagement and educate prospective clients, agencies, and partners on MD Ally products through meetings, sales presentations, and engagement of subject matter experts
Lead and support contract negotiations; and manage pipeline and forecast in order to drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota
Maintain accurate information in company database/CRM management software
Qualification
Required
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience doing effective outreach to prospective clients and consistently over-achieving quota
You're a mission-driven individual, a strong problem-solver, and skilled in adapting quickly to change
You excel in a fast-paced, startup, entrepreneurial environment; you prefer it
You push yourself to exceed key performance measures, month over month, which sets you apart from the pack
Your written and oral communication skills are impeccable. You have a natural ability to communicate value and converse with stakeholders in the EMS and public safety space
You're independent, mature enough to work remotely, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
You are a leader, with the ability to execute autonomously, and an A player who looks around to see what needs to be done and lends a helping hand
Preferred
Experience with EMS systems or public safety agencies in the past is strongly preferred
Experience running a procurement-based sales process, developing tailored contracts and closing complex deals is a plus
