Conduct SWOT and capability gap analyses
Support early-stage valuation and synergy modeling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Strategy, or related field
5+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy
Experience sourcing and evaluating deals in BPO or services industries
Strong financial modeling and business analysis skills
Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools
Ability to lead early-stage deal conversations independently
