Responsibilities
Set standards and frameworks for business process analysis enterprise-wide
Lead multi-year roadmaps for process innovation or technology integration
Advise senior leaders on process strategy, risk, and investments
Direct process maturity assessments and center of excellence development
Author enterprise policies, procedures, and analytic guidance documents
Serve as escalation resource for critical risk and compliance issues
Mentor lead and senior analysts across all business units
Present process results/findings at executive meetings and industry events
Evaluate and recommend advanced process automation or digital transformation tools
Provide technical expertise for regulatory, quality, or business audits
Qualification
Required
Minimum 12 years advanced experience with large-scale process analysis and enterprise projects and a bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strategic process design, analysis, and modeling expertise
Advanced knowledge of process technologies and continuous improvement
Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
Domestic and international travel required up to 25% of the time
