Responsibilities

Own the identification, diagnosis, and resolution of operational and functional process issues within the DSA channel. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Manage and troubleshoot issues related to data exchange between DSAs and internal platforms. Partner with IT and DSAs to ensure data integrity and resolve integration challenges
Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for technology use cases and data asset enhancements. Translate operational needs into actionable requirements for technology teams
Collaborate with technology teams to implement new tools and enhancements that improve business processes and customer experience
Work closely with operations, technology, and DSA partners to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives and process improvements
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across business processes, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving
Prepare and deliver presentations and recommendations to senior leadership on process advancements and technology initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, STEM, or related field) preferred
5+ years of experience in business strategy, financial services, collections, or related fields
Proven experience with technology adoption and process improvement in a financial institution or similar environment
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating with analytics, technology, and operations teams
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and change management
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in collections and financial services
Experience with data analytics tools, workflow automation, and digital transformation

Preferred

advanced degree (MBA, STEM, or related field)
