Responsibilities
Lead AI strategy and vision. Define and execute our AI roadmap in partnership with the CEO and Head of Product, ensuring AI capabilities drive competitive differentiation and customer value
Build and scale the AI team. Manage and grow a team of AI specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
Drive product AI integration. Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to ensure AI is seamlessly integrated into our entire product roadmap and new feature development
Deliver AI-native platform features. Lead development of LLM integration, intelligent automation, and AI-powered workflows that transform investment team productivity
Enhance data intelligence capabilities. Oversee AI-driven insights, pattern recognition, and predictive analytics that give our clients strategic advantages
Represent AI externally. Present AI capabilities and vision to clients, prospects, investors, and industry events with confidence and technical credibility
Partner with engineering leadership. Work with our CTO to ensure AI initiatives align with overall technical architecture and platform scalability
Stay at the forefront of AI innovation. Monitor emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to leverage cutting-edge capabilities for competitive advantage
Qualification
Required
Senior AI leader with 7+ years of relevant SaaS experience and 3+ years of experience building and scaling AI capabilities at enterprise software companies
Proven team builder with experience managing engineers, data scientists, and/or technical specialists in a fast-paced environment
Strategic product thinker who can translate AI capabilities into customer value and business outcomes
Strong communicator comfortable presenting to enterprise clients, executive teams, and external stakeholders
B2B SaaS experience with deep understanding of how AI drives product differentiation and customer adoption
Hands-on technical knowledge of LLMs, machine learning, and AI platform architecture
Startup leadership experience — comfortable building processes, making fast decisions, and being self-motivated to drive results in a high-growth environment
Preferred
Fintech or private equity background or interest strongly preferred — you understand or have genuine interest in investment workflows and financial services
Previous experience at fintech companies building AI-powered products
Experience with private equity, investment banking, or financial services technology
Track record of scaling AI capabilities from early-stage to enterprise-ready
Thought leadership in AI and enterprise technology
