Media Buyer
WKQ Media is a growing team seeking experienced Media Buyers to manage effective paid media strategies for progressive political clients. The role involves collaborating with firm principals and client agencies to plan and optimize campaigns, utilizing innovative tactics alongside traditional methods to achieve client goals.

Responsibilities
Build out and launch paid media campaigns, ensuring they align with our clients' strategic objectives with well defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
Track and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels including CTV, OLV, display, DOOH, paid social, and traditional platforms - including bid management, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and creative testing
Maintain close contact with agency principals ensuring they have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with our clients
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in media buying
Deep understanding of digital video-first advertising
Proficiency in tech stack, including Basis, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and similar platforms
Experience in online ad technologies on the buy-side, covering creative formats, ad serving, and viewability/verification
Deep knowledge and commitment to supply path optimization in digital buying - especially CTV
Skill in gathering and analyzing ad performance data and educating others in this process
Ability to guide the team in optimizing ad campaigns and providing clear, user-friendly recommendations to clients
Preferred
Previous involvement in political, advocacy, or union campaigns is advantageous, with an understanding of their strategies, tactics, goals, and timelines
