Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern backend technologies
Design and implement robust APIs and integrate them with front-end components
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack
Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural improvements
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ Years of experience working in React with Redux
2+ Years of experience working in leading/mentoring a team of 5 people or more
2+ Years of experience working with C# or Ruby on Rails
Experience working with Docker, Containers, Services/microservices
Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients
