1+ years expDane County is seeking a Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO of Dane County. In this role, you will lead a team on-site, managing restoration projects and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and organization.
Responsibilities
Leading restoration technicians with confidence and clear communication
Coordinating jobs to ensure top-notch quality and customer satisfaction
Keeping clients informed, happy, and impressed
Maintaining accurate documentation (aka, keeping things organized and smooth!)
Staying on top of safety, equipment, and materials
Coaching and mentoring your team to be their best
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license (you'll be on the move!)
1+ year of experience in restoration, cleaning, or construction
Lift 50+ lbs (sometimes more with help — you won't be doing it alone!)
Climb, crawl, and get into those hard-to-reach spaces
Work safely with tools and cleaning agents
Handle physical tasks and stay cool under pressure
Preferred
High school diploma/GED preferred
IICRC certification is a plus — but not a dealbreaker!
