Gain real OR-based exposure by observing medical device reps support live procedures
See how devices are positioned, presented, and used in surgery
Learn how reps collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital decision-makers
Support sales activities like account research, territory mapping, and follow-up
Sit in on sales calls, product trainings, and strategy sessions
Qualification
Required
Able to accommodate a 12-week, in-person internship based in Atlanta, GA starting in February 2026
Interest in medical device sales, medtech, or OR-based clinical roles
Enjoyment of fast-paced, high-responsibility environments and working with clinicians
Proactive, coachable, and comfortable being pushed out of your comfort zone
Student, recent grad, or early-career professional looking for a clear entry point into medical devices
Ability to be based in or commute to Atlanta, GA for the duration of the 12-week program
