Responsibilities

Lead design for client work and agency new business efforts, generating innovative and visually compelling ideas and presentations that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences

Design for clients and agency new business efforts and pitch decks, working within brand guidelines while pushing for design excellence

From photography to videography, design, and platform native tools, you'll create a wide range of content that suits the client, the moment and the idea. From quick social posts to lo-fi shoots, you have range and the ability to switch between styles while still experimenting and looking for unique opportunities to make work ownable and talked about

You're able to ideate, build, shoot, and edit effective stories that match the quality of each social platform

Design visually engaging presentations, create mockups & do light retouching as needed that help sell creative ideas to top clients in the industry

Ability to collaborate across departments, build relationships and navigate team dynamics. Be an active listener for your team members and provide constructive feedback on work and performance

Manage multiple priorities and assignments. Execute with quick turnaround times for real time moments to deliver high quality work, on-time and with accuracy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or related discipline from an accredited college or university

8+ years experience working in creative industries

Experienced in creating world class design work: still graphics, motion graphics and editing

A positive attitude

An ability to inspire, influence and motivate others

Willingness to get your hands dirty and lead by example

Experience guiding teams and leading creative projects

Curiosity to learn and create using AI

Preferred

Agency experience preferred

Light editing skills and motion graphics are a bonus
