Transaction Coordinator
Sells Group Advisors is a premier business brokerage and mergers & acquisitions advisory firm headquartered in Rogers, Arkansas. They are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Transaction Coordinator to support their deal teams through the entire transaction process.

Responsibilities
Maintain live transaction checklists, timelines, and milestone trackers
Prepare, proofread, and organize legal, financial, and marketing documents for distribution
Track data room activity, signatures, and compliance with deal documentation requirements
Schedule key meetings, calls, and milestones to ensure uninterrupted process flow
Ensure CRM is updated accurately and promptly
Triage time-sensitive communications with sellers and buyers with professionalism, urgency, and clarity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail, task management, and documentation
Ability to remain calm under pressure and independently manage time-sensitive requests
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce
Preferred
Experience in operations, legal admin, or client services is a plus
