Customer Success & Retention Intern (Unpaid)
Turing AI, founded in 2017 in Silicon Valley, is redefining cloud video security with an AI-powered platform. They are seeking a Customer Success & Renewal Intern to help increase customer retention through renewal processes, proactive communication, and engagement with partners.

Responsibilities
Track and manage renewal timelines for accounts handled through dealer partners
Maintain and update renewal dashboards, monitoring contract end dates, usage data, and customer activity
Coordinate with dealers and channel partners to ensure timely customer follow-ups and renewals
Support renewal forecasting by analyzing churn risks, product usage, and engagement trends
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify challenges impacting renewals or satisfaction
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to execute retention campaigns, customer check-ins, and renewal reminders
Document and share best practices to help partners improve their own renewal management processes
Utilize CRM and BI tools to track customer renewal rates and health scores
Compile and summarize key insights, providing weekly renewal and retention reports to the Customer Success team
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field — or demonstrating a strong interest in SaaS operations
A clear and confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners
Strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying trends and insights from customer, usage, or performance data
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with SaaS, channel management, or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
